Small Business Spotlight

In the modern economy almost, everyone has a side gig. Some of them are more lucrative than others. I am going to start doing a piece on my blog dedicated to the local handmade businesses. Not franchises or corporations, not places with six figure incomes and investors, but the small home-based businesses that my friends and community members have started doing to use the projects they love to offset the ever-rising cost of living.
These businesses are the result of their creators, personal interests, hobbies, skills and most importantly passion. They are marks that even in challenging times we and community will rise above, support each other and help each other grow.
Small businesses not only have a place, but they are the glue that holds together communities.
I’ve already begun reaching out to several of my friends with small gigs and am looking forward to sharing their stories and journeys!
If you have ideas for a small business that should be featured as a part of this series, let me know! Or if you are a small creator who would like to spread the word about your projects please send me a message at Tipline@Tamarahaddock.com
